RACE number PICK UP
Once you have completed your Registration Online the next process is Race Number Pick Up.
Race Number Pick Up involves colleting your Race Bib Number (to be worn of the front of your top during the race), Timing Responder (which you attach to your shoes so we can record your race time) and FREE Event T-Shirt for the first 250 Full Series Participants that Registered.
Race Number Pick Up can be completed on:
Saturday 19th October 10.30am - 12noon at Five Farms Sales Centre (see details above) this is the best option as it reduces Race Day Stress. Only available for Full Series and Race 1 Participants.

on Race Morning from 7.15am (see details above) in the Pavillion at Casey Fields Regional Athletics Stadium.
Please ensure you bring a copy of your Registration Confirmation Email with QR Code.
FULL SERIES PARTICIPANTS (those that have entered all 3 races) only need to complete Race Number Pick Up once and KEEP the same Bib Number and Timing Responder for the WHOLE Casey Stride Series, Timing Responders MUST be returned at the completion of Race 3.
RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS
We accept Race Day Registrations at Race Pack Pick Up from 7.15am.
Race Day Registrations incur a Race Day Late Fee of $10
PARKING
There is plenty of event parking at Casey Fields all in very close proximity to the Start/Finish.
BAG DROP
Given we have great parking locations and facitilites at Casey Fields Regional Athletics Centre you probably won't need a Bag Drop.
There will be a tent at the finish for you to leave your bag.
This is at the Owners Risk and we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
COFFEE & FOOD
will be onsite to tend to all your cafffeine and hunger needs both pre and post race, with their great selection of food and drinks.
TOILETS
There are plenty of toilets available underneath the Northern End of the Grandstand.
DRINKS REFIL STATION - HYDRATION - CUP FREE EVENT
The Casey Stride Series is proud to have Sip on board as our Official Hydration Partner. As a Melbourne based and Australian Made brand Sip is a natural hydration mix with everything you need and nothing you don’t. No sugar. No artificial ingredients.
The Casey Stride Series is a CUP FREE event. This means there will be no cups supplied. Please ensure you bring your own Hydration system or reuseable cup to use whilst on course.There will be a Drink Refil Station near the Start/Finish every 2.5km.There will also be a Tent at the Finish to leave any drink bottles for Post Race.Casey Fields also has a number of Drink Fountains spread around the area.
ELECTRONIC TIMING
All Participants will be provided with an Electronic Timing Tag to record their race time. The Timing Responder is a small plastic tag about half the size of a Credit Card, inside it has RFID chip that records your time for the race.The Timing Responder must be SECURELY ATTACHED to your SHOE for the entire duration of the event for us to accurately record your Results.The Timing Responder must be returned at the end of the Casey Stride Series.Please make sure the number on the Timing Responder is the same number on your Race Bib Number! (sometimes we do make mistakes!)

RACE NUMBER BIB
Race Number Bibs are to be worn on the front of your t-shirt for the duration of the event.
FINISHERS MEDAL
ALL Participants in ALL Distance will recieve a FINISHERS MEDAL to celebrate your great achievement. Each race has its own unique medal, that come together to form one big medal at the end of the Series.
RESULTS
Results will be published ASAP online after the event.

REFUNDS
Registration Fees are Non-Refundable, Non-Deferable and Non-Transferrable.If an event is Postponed due to weather or another unforeseeable or unplanned act, we will automatically transfer your Entry to the new event date.If an event is Cancelled due to an unsuitable postponement date, you will be entitled to a credit for an event valid for up to 12 months.Another person cannot race under your name or number due to health and safety requirements.

Please read all the below Information. You are responsible for your own safety and enter this event at your own risk. It is important that you read the event rules and follow each of the safety guidelines of the event
All participants must be present at the Race Safety Briefing.
First Aid is located at the Race Headquarters.
You may not compete under another persons identity as we need to know exactly who is on course if Medical attention is required.
You may not compete under another persons identity as the Casey Stride Series involves a points competition.
Spectators and supporters please be aware of participants on course and use care when crossing any parts of the course.
ALL Road Rules Apply. ALL roads are OPEN to normal traffic. There are absolutely NO Road Closures.
You must run on the footpath at all times and within the safety cones. Do not cut any corners.
Knowing the course is your responsibility, please double check the course map.
You must listen to and obey any instructions given by Race Officials and remember in most cases they are Volunteers here to help you stay safe!
If you are walking or running in a group please do not walk or run more than two abreast. Please be aware of participants passing you from behind and keep to the left.
Please seed yourself accordingly at the start.
Please ensure you have adequate and suitable clothing, Footwear must be worn, No bare torsos even if you are a Hemsworth brother!Please ensure you are physically fit and healthy enough to complete your chosen distance. If you are unsure please seek advice from a medical professional. If you feel unwell or unfit enough to compete in the event we strongly advice you to withdraw immediately and seek assistance or professional advice.If another participant is in distress immediately offer assistance and inform a Race Official.Please report any accidents or incidents to a Race Official as soon as possible.Bib Numbers must be worn on the front of your top at all times. Timing Tags must be attached to your shoe laces for the entire duration of the event.All Timing Tags MUST be returned.Due to the risk to the individual, the use of any and all portable audio devices is discouraged.The walking categories will not be judged and it would be appreciated if all walkers, walk the entire event if in the walker category. NO Jogging or Running.All participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or guardian.
Single Race Entries (of Series Entrants) are Not Transferable or Refundable.
